I’m DJ Snipes — and land has been part of my life and my work for a long time.
Over 20 years in real estate, I’ve closed hundreds of transactions, with real experience in acreage, farms, development tracts, and large land ownership. Land rewards people who understand it: what the timber’s worth, where the access is, how zoning and soils and frontage shape value, and who the real buyer is. As a military veteran based on the Georgia coast, I bring steadiness and follow-through to every deal — and I’d rather tell you the honest number than the one you want to hear.

Back in 2003, I got my start in this business at White Columns Land & Timber Company. One month, I put three deals together — and that was it. I was hooked. Land and timber are where my real estate career began, and more than twenty years later, it’s still the work I love most.
